BIOGRAPHYComposer, conductor, multi-instrumentalist, & GRAMMY® nominated music educator Andrew David Perkins (b.1978) holds degrees from the Berklee College of Music, the University of Michigan, and Michigan State University. He has served as a public school music educator in Michigan for 25 years, and his compositions for wind band have received multiple recognitions from The National Band Association & The American Bandmasters Association. Perkins’ "TUEBOR SUITE" for concert band was selected as the recipient of the 2023 American Bandmasters Association Sousa/Ostwald Composition Award.
